Yes, there is plenty of large and boutique size shopping, grocery stores and restaurants within just minutes from all our locations. For your essential shopping needs the closest Grocery and Pharmacy stores will be Ralph’s and CVS at approx. 1- 5 short blocks.
As specified on the website. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer accommodations to any pets. Please note: If you bring your pet to any of our properties, you will be asked to leave without a refund. Additionally, there is a minimal penalty of $500 charge by the building HOA.
Yes, however “See the Sea” only has a spa. Each pool is serviced and  managed by each building’s HOA Manager. Capri Beach Accommodations has no control and will not be held accountable for any and all service needs and closures at anytime of the pools &  spas for each complex. Any closures will not be subject to a refunds, discount or credit.
Unlike hotel rooms, vacation rentals are self-catering. They are cleaned prior to your arrival and then upon your departure. You are responsible for maintaining the property during your stay, and there will not be a daily maid service or fresh towels provided. All condos are equipped with a full kitchen for your use.

Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. Early arrivals are generally not permitted. Check out time is before 11 a.m. Departures after 11 a.m. are generally not permitted. This restriction sometimes comes as a surprise to people who are accustomed to staying in hotels, motels, and resorts. Please try to appreciate the difference between the work involved in properly cleaning a private residential condo and the time required to clean a much smaller hotel room. It can take up to 3 hours to clean a private residential condo (hence the reason for the 4-hour gap between check-out and check-in time). Moreover, our condos require routine and special maintenance which must be completed between occupancies. The only way to be certain of an early check-in is to purchase the night prior to your arrival if available. The only way to secure a late check-out is to purchase the night after your scheduled departure if available. If you arrive into town early, please stop by our office to let us know you are here & then we recommend that you spend your time getting to know our area. We do not recommend that you purchase perishable items before arrival.
Every effort will be made to insure you stay in the specific condo you book. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance (such as a maintenance issue) the booking may be moved to a property of equal or greater value/amenity. If this occurs, you will be notified at the earliest date possible.
You are welcome to call us at the office during business hours or our after-hours household emergency number in the very rare event you need us right away. Generally, household emergencies are defined as matters which render the condo unable to be occupied safely (examples: broken windows, door locks, flooding, smoke damage) This service is why more and more people are choosing to stay in a vacation rental condos while in San Diego and Pacific Beach. They have the privacy and luxury of a condo with the service and amenities of a resort.
Oceanfront – An oceanfront condo has no other condo or buildable lots located between it and the ocean. The distance between the condo and the ocean may vary.
Ocean view – An ocean view condo will be within a interior of a complex or situated along the side of a complex with ocean views just not directly oceanfront. The distance between the condo and the ocean may vary.
Our condos are self-catering & are fully furnished and equipped to the highest standard including cooking and eating utensils, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, microwave and cable TV. Arrival soaps, tissues & a starter trash bag will be provided. Cleaning supplies and additional soaps or paper products are not provided. All complex’s will have laundry facilities for guest usage, if needed.

We have after-hours check-in lock boxes by our office door. Your arrival information with the keys and directions to the condo will be inside. Should you have any problems when you arrive, there is an emergency number on our office front door. Please note: Keys will not be made available for late arrivals unless balance is paid in full.
Departure time is before 11:00 a.m. We do not have a check-out process but we do ask for your assistance with the following:
• Please start the dishwasher and take out all the food & trash items to the trash chutes on each floor.
• Please double check that you have everything!!
• Please return the keys to our office. If you return them prior to business hours, please drop the keys in the key drop to the right of our front door.
When you find the condo of your choice you can book the property online through our website or by speaking to one of our Reservationists at 1-800-282-2774 ext.102. When making your reservation we require a $300 deposit using a credit card (our Three bedrooms $500) and balance will be due at check in (no personal checks accepted). Unless you are arriving in less than 30 days. Then entire stay amount will be due and charged immediately. There are No Refunds after entire remaining balance is charged. CBA will deduct a 3% processing fee from all deposits when a guest cancels after a reservation is made.
No. The property is cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure. Any additional services you may need during longer stays can be ordered by going to Guest Services – Extra Needs.

All of our properties are located just a short drive, approximately 15-20 minutes, from all the main area attractions, including downtown San Diego & San Diego’s Lindbergh Field Airport.
You must be at least 25 years or older in order to book and confirm a reservation. Our condos are executive, couples retreat and family friendly travel destinations. We do not rent to school, church, fraternity, sorority or other non-family groups unless all members are family or are 25 years of age or older.
We strive to comply with all reservation requests for specific vacation properties; however, due to ownership changes, properties being removed from rental use, mechanical problems, or other unforeseen circumstances, we occasionally will need to re-locate renters to another property. Capri Beach Accommodations reserves the right to change assignments without notice or liability if the property becomes unavailable. When comparable accommodations are not available, guests will have the option of selecting from available properties at the published rate or receiving a complete refund of their reservation deposit.
